Auction Description
Bankruptcy no. 27/2021 Court of Pisa
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Sale of the following assets forming part of the company compendium of the aforementioned Bankruptcy:
- Movable assets instrumental to the exercise of the activity and equipment- Goodwill- He teaches Habithema System
of a bankrupt company whose corporate purpose is the wholesale and retail trade, the installation of ceramics, floors and coverings, building materials and building-sanitary materials, as well as enamels and paints, hardware and paint shop, materials for sanitary systems , electrical, water, heating, bathroom furnishings and accessories, furniture and furnishings for the home, appliances and objects; the company can assume direct or indirect representation and carry out import-export activities and trucking activities on behalf of third parties, of all the products listed.
It should be noted that the company compendium is granted in right use of the company lease contract registered in Florence on 12/15/2021. The lease will have a duration of two years from the date of signing and until December 10, 2023.
It is specified that:
- the Procedure received an irrevocable purchase proposal of € 80,000.00, plus legal charges and in addition to the commission on the sale due to Abilio S.p.A., for the Business Complex (Single Lot - auction 7423). This proposal was deemed appropriate and the Delegated Judge was informed.
- The Procedure intends to launch a sales experiment, placing the irrevocable purchase offer received as the basis for the auction, the procedures for which are governed by these Tender Rules.
- In the event of failure to submit further bids, the person who submitted the authorized bid and the deeds that make up the auction base will therefore be deemed to be the provisional winner.
In order to participate in the auction it is necessary to register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions indicated therein and also send your irrevocable purchase offer no later than 12.00 on 12/12/2022, according to one of the following alternative methods:
- by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by hand to be delivered without fail to the operational headquarters of Abilio S.p.A. in Faenza (RA) at Via G. Galilei n.6,
- by pec communication to the address asset.om@pec.abilio.com. It should be noted that, in the case of sending the offer by certified email, the documentation sent as an attachment and contained within the certified email message must necessarily be signed with a digital signature.
On 15/12/2022 at 10.00 Abilio S.p.A. will proceed to open the envelopes containing the irrevocable purchase offers.
