Auction Description

Bankruptcy no. 466/2022 Court of Roma

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Sale of ferrous scrap, located at the third party's plant, owned by the bankrupt company whose purpose is the washing, drying, folding/ironing and packaging for rental, storage, of table linen, bed linen, bathroom linen and clothing items.


The goods are located at Anagni (FR) and can be inspected upon appointment on 12.06.2025 at 10.30 am. All viewing requests must be received within 6.00 pm on 10.06.2025. All requests received after this date will not be taken into consideration. 


Only legal entities with a VAT number and classifiable as Professionals (i.e. who purchase the goods exclusively for professional use) pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 will be admitted to participate in the auction.

No later than 90 days after the provisional award notification, the successful tenderer must send the following to the address postvendita@industrialdiscount.com: Consult the notice of sale.

BASIC PRICE: Euro 100.000,00

In order to participate in the auction it is necessary to register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions indicated therein and also send your irrevocable purchase offer no later than 12.00 on 20/06/2025, according to one of the following alternative methods:

- by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt or by hand to be delivered mandatorily to the operational headquarters of Abilio S.p.A. in Faenza (RA) at Via G. Galilei n.6,
- via certified email to asset.om@pec.abilio.com. It should be noted that, in the case of sending the offer via certified email, the documentation sent as an attachment and contained within the certified email message must necessarily be signed with a digital signature.

On 23/06/2025 at 2.00 pm Abilio S.p.A. will proceed to open the envelopes containing the irrevocable purchase offers.
