COURT OF FORLÌ
CREDITORS AGREEMENT no. 10/2021
Transfer of a company functional to the "production, processing and trade of glass for use in industry, construction, furniture and furnishings in general and in particular for the production of tempered glass, artistic glass, insulating glass in accordance with EEC standards, laminated glass, armored glass, crystals, silvered (mirrors), accepted glass, sandblasted glass and all glass processing”.
The production activity is carried out at the building for artisanal use located in Cesena via Archimede number 480/500, which is itself the subject of a rental contract.
Starting auction price: Euro 350,000.00
To participate in the auction you must:
- register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions indicated there;- send your irrevocable purchase offer no later than 12.00 on 05/20/2024, according to one of the following alternative methods:
- or by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt or by hand to be delivered mandatorily to the operational headquarters of abilio s.p.a. in Faenza (RA) at Via G. Galilei n.6,- or via certified email to info@pec.industrialdiscount.it. It should be noted that, in the case of sending the offer via certified email, the documentation sent as an attachment and contained within the certified email message must necessarily be signed with a digital signature.
On 05/21/2024 at 2.00 pm Abilio S.p.A. will proceed to verify the offers.
