JUDICIAL LIQUIDATION PROCEDURE N. 22/2023
 INVITATION TO SUBMIT IRREVOCABLE PURCHASE OFFERS
Company transfer consisting of:

- commercial start-up;
- movable property;
- truck;

of a company whose corporate purpose is the wholesale trade of textile raw materials. Manufacturing, production, sale, wholesale and retail trade, electronic commerce, import and export, representation with or without storage, collection of recycled materials, paper, cardboard, used clothing , textile fibres, yarns, fabrics as well as packaging and related accessories for all personal clothing items.

It should be noted that the company is operated within a property, not included in the object of sale, the successful bidder will have to stipulate the contract with the owner of the property. The sold company is part of a company rental contract lasting 6 years (years), starting from the date of 11/15/2022 and until the date of 11/14/2028, with tacit extension from year to year. year, if one of the parties does not give notice of termination by registered letter with return receipt. or P.E.C. to the other at least three months before the fixed or extended expiry date. The monthly rent is equal to €1,000.00 plus VAT.

Last auction announced at the following minimum sale value: Euro 24,375.00
Value of the offers: it will be possible to submit offers of an amount lower than that indicated above; in any case, the Procedure reserves the right to examine the offer, evaluate its appropriateness and the opportunity to proceed with the competitive sale.

- via certified email to asset.om@pec.abilio.com. Please note that, in the event of sending the offer via PEC, the documentation sent as an attachment and contained within the PEC message must necessarily be signed with a digital signature.
