Bankruptcy no. 30/2018 Court of Teramo
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Sale of a business unit acquired from the assets of the aforementioned Bankruptcy, consisting of an inventory and appraisal (Annex 1, 2, 3), contracts and licenses in use for the exercise of the business.
The business branch subject to this competitive procedure is located in Controguerra (TE).
The branch consists of the entire production sector of the bankrupt company, which has as its object "the transformation industry for the processing of chemical products; industry for the manufacture of containers and packaging for industrial, commercial and artisanal activities; the manufacture of all by-products intended for the aforementioned containers and packaging; the consequent marketing of the manufactured products" and as better specified in the Chamber of Commerce survey (Annex 4).
The business unit for sale is still in operation as it has been rented to a third party with respect to the bankrupt company (Annex 5) with activities of the last three years represented as per financial statement extrapolations (Annex 6)
The company branch currently employs a workforce of n. 27 employees of which 23 applied to production processes.
The current tenant enjoys the right of first refusal on the sale of the business branch in question.
The business activity takes place inside an industrial factory leased by the current tenant, but having contractually agreed the immediate takeover of the aforementioned lease, by the contractor of the business branch following the outcome of this sale procedure.
For greater protection of business continuity and employment levels, the bidder is asked to formulate and produce a three-year Industrial Plan, which illustrates the strategic objectives relating to the business unit by acquiring, the actions that will be carried out to achieve the objectives. strategic, the expected economic and financial results.
Interested parties, subject to the assumption of confidentiality obligations as per the attached declaration (Annex 8), will be able to view and verify the results of the appraisals.
Basic price: € 458.100,00
