- authorizations, registrations, type-approvals, concessions, licenses, and permits necessary for the enjoyment and use of the assets and for the conduct of business operations;
- business names and trademarks;
- active and passive contracts forming part of the Business;
- employment relationships;
- motor vehicles and cars:
7 IVECO vehicles;
1 PEUGEOT vehicle;
2 RENAULT vehicles;
2 VOLKSWAGEN vehicles.
Please note that the Business assets are currently subject to a business lease agreement expiring on December 31, 2027; the lessee holds a right of first refusal regarding the purchase of said Business.
