Sale pursuant to art. 107 co.1 L.F.

The undersigned Attorney Alberto Turrisi, with office in Palermo, Via Villareale n. 59 Bankruptcy Trustee n. 75/2022, following the approval by the bodies of the Liquidation Plan procedure

PUT FOR SALE

the following assets pertaining to the bankruptcy procedure, better described in the appraisal reports:

Lot N. 1 Auction 9243: 90% share of @Service srl, with registered office in Palermo (PA), Via Oliveri Mandalà n. 39/A, Fiscal Code/VAT number 06800460823.
The share capital of the company is equal to € 10,000.00 fully subscribed and of which € 5,000.00 paid.

Auction starting price € 6,400.00

Minimum accepted bid € 4,800.00

Minimum increase € 1,000.00

At the end of the auction, the award cannot be final. Pursuant to art. 2471, paragraph 3, of the Civil Code, and in compliance with the provisions of the bylaws of the individual companies regarding the right of pre-emption of the members, the Professional will notify the participating companies, as well as the members, of the outcome of the auction. Within 10 (ten) days of the award, the participating companies may present another buyer who offers the same price as the successful bidder.

Purchase offers may be submitted to Abilio S.p.A. by 12:00 on 21/07/2025 via certified email to asset.om@pec.abilio.com. Please note that, in the event of sending the offer via PEC, the documentation sent as an attachment and contained within the PEC message must necessarily be signed with a digital signature.

On 07/22/2025 at 2:00 PM, Abilio S.p.A. will open the envelopes.

The upward auction will begin on 07/23/2025 at 3:00 PM, will end on the same day at 5:00 PM and only authorized bidders will be able to participate.
