FO 333528.

It should be noted that in compliance with the provisions of the company’s articles of association regarding the right of pre-emption of the partners, the Professional will notify the partners of the outcome of the auction within five days from the date of the provisional award. The Liquidator, having received the declaration of exercise of the right of pre-emption and the offer of the entitled party, will communicate the circumstance within five days to the provisional successful tenderer and to Abilio S.p.a. at the pec address asset.om@pec.abilio.com
