Auction Description
Sale of assets from Judicial Liquidation no. 592/2025 of the Court of Rome.
Sale pursuant to Article 216 of the Italian Insolvency and Crisis Code (C.C.I.I.).
The assets are located in Rome (RM) and may be inspected by appointment.
Auction carried out through an asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to Article 25 of Ministerial Decree no. 32/2015.
PLEASE NOTE THAT:

Users who are correctly registered on the portal may submit purchase offers for each lot for sale by completing the form available on the page of the lot of interest and by paying the relevant security deposit via credit card or bank transfer.

INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will validate the offers received only after the correct receipt of the duly completed form and the actual crediting of the security deposit.

INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will send an email to the email address provided by the user to confirm the validation of the offer, as well as the secret and personal code that must be used in order to participate in the purchase of the lot of interest in the online auction. It is specified that the code received will be required only during the auction process. Furthermore, as this code is secret and personal, once sent to the registered email address it cannot be resent or communicated in any way.
