Bankruptcy n. 09/2020 of the Court of Forlì
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Given that the Procedure received an irrevocable purchase offer at the price of € 1,000.00 plus charges, the same intends to launch a sales experiment, setting the irrevocable purchase offer received as the basic auction price, the procedures for which are governed by this Notice of Sale;
It offers for sale the following assets pertaining to the bankruptcy, better described in the appraisals:
Lot n. 1) AUCTION 5697: shareholding of 35.88% of the share capital of the company "Immobiliare Gíove S.R.L." having its registered office in Longiano (FC) Via Emilia n. 3510.
Auction base price € 1,000.00
The purchase offers can be submitted in one of the following alternative ways:
- by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by hand to be sent without fail to the registered office of IT Auction s.r.l. in via G. Galilei n. 6, 48018 Faenza (RA)
- by pec communication to the address itauction@pec.it. It should be noted that, in case of sending the offer by certified email, the documentation sent as an attachment and contained within the certified email message must necessarily be signed with a digital signature.
The fee in favor of IT Auction s.r.l, equal to € 300.00 plus VAT, to be paid within 30 days of the award, will be entirely borne by the successful bidder.
This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.
