In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 13.000 Euro. It should be noted that the security deposit is also placed as a guarantee for the correct and complete performance of the operations relating to the collection of the goods.
Please note: Users who intend to export abroad, are not allowed to bid for lots registered in the Italian Public Register for Automobiles (i.e. P.R.A.)
NOTES ON WITHDRAWAL
- All the portal and fixed PCs present in the offices and object of sale, will be delivered WITHOUT hard disc / internal memory, unless the buyer himself provides, at his own expense, to appoint a specialized technician to delete the data and thus be able to maintain the operating system.
- The buyer undertakes to stipulate at his own expense and / or to exhibit, before the start of the collection operations, civil liability insurance for damage to the property, property and / or persons caused during the collection operations.
- The costs of supplying electricity (still active) during the collection operations must be fully reimbursed in the procedure from the delivery of the keys to the return of the property.
