Sale of goods belonging to Amministrazione Giudiziaria no.16943/2022 Court of Milano.


PROVISIONAL AWARD

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Paderno Dugnano (MI) and can be inspected upon appointment

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 500 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.
SALE NOTES - The person who, at the end of the auction, has been awarded one or more goods will be required to send, within and no later than 48 hours from the end of the auction, to the address aftersales@industrialdiscount.com: Consult the specific conditions of sale and collection. 
-The successful tenderer of the asset must issue a self-invoice pursuant to art. 31 c. 10 Legislative Decree 173/2024 and independently pay the statutory VAT, as per the opinion of the Revenue Agency in the request for clarification no. 369/2023”

Only legal entities with VAT number and classifiable as Professionals will be admitted to participate in the auction
