Sale of goods belonging to Amministrazione Giudiziaria n.44/2023 Court of Lecce.

PROVISONAL AWARD

Goods are located in Taranto (TA) and can be inspected upon appointment

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 100 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.

SALE NOTES
-The person who at the end of the auction has been awarded one or more goods will be required to send, within and no later than 48 hours from the end of the auction, to the address postvendita@industrialdiscount.com: Consult the conditions of sale and collection
-It should be noted that Art. 48 – paragraph 12 ter, Legislative Decree 159/2011, provides that “Movable goods, even those registered in public registers, not intended pursuant to paragraphs 12 and 12-bis, may be intended for sale, with a ban on further transfer for a period of not less than one year, in compliance with the provisions of paragraph 5, sixth period, or destroyed.” and therefore the sales contracts for the goods in question will contain a termination clause in the event that the condition described above is not respected
-Lot 2: Please note that some goods in the lot may contain consumables and products subject to expiry. In the event of the presence of these latter materials, the successful tenderer will be obliged to dispose of them at his own expense, thereby exempting Abilio Spa and the procedure from any liability.
The successful tenderer will be responsible for checking the state of conservation and for disposing of any bottles placed on sale within the lot.
