The undersigned Attorney Marino Torre with office in Palermo, Via Tripoli, 11 in the capacity of Trustee of Bankruptcy no. 124/2018 of the Court of Palermo, following the approval by the bodies of the procedure of the Supplement to the Liquidation Program
IS OFFERING FOR SALE
to the highest bidder the following shares held by the bankrupt company:
Lot no. 1):
no. 3,750 ordinary shares of the company "BANCA DEL FUCINO SPA" (CODE lSIN 1T0004201098), with registered office Via Tomacelli, no. 707,00186 - ROME - Tax code, VAT no. and registration in the Company Register no. 04256050875 - ABI Code 3124 - registered in the Bank Register at no. 5640 and in the Banking Group Register as Parent Company of the lgea Banca Banking Group - REA no. 1458105 -SWIFTCODE BAFUITRR.
The shares are sold in the state of fact and law in which they are found at a price of € 2.30 each and therefore for a total value equal to:
Base auction price: € 8,625.00
Minimum raise: € 100.00
It is specified that at the end of the auction the award cannot be final, since, as provided for by the company statute and in compliance with the code regulations, the right of pre-emption of the other shareholders of the company is provided for as provided for by art. 9 of the company statute.
Purchase offers may be submitted via certified email to asset.om@pec.abilio.com, by 12:00 on 10/23/2025. Please note that the documentation sent as an attachment and contained in the certified email must necessarily be signed with a digital signature.
Certified emails will be opened on 10/24/2025 at 2:00 p.m.
The upward auction will begin on 10/27/2025 at 3:00 p.m. and will end on the same day at 5:00 p.m. and only authorized bidders may participate.
