Auction Description
Sale of assets from Judicial Liquidation no. 1/2026 of the Court of Forlì.
Sale pursuant to Article 216 of the Italian Insolvency Code (C.C.I.I.).
The assets are located in Castrocaro Terme (FC) and can be inspected by appointment.
Auction conducted through an asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to Article 25 of Ministerial Decree 32/2015.
PLEASE NOTE:
• Users properly registered on the portal may submit purchase offers for each lot for sale by completing the form available on the page of the lot of interest and by paying the required security deposit via credit card or bank transfer.
• INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will validate the offers received only after correct submission of the duly completed form and actual receipt of the security deposit.
• INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will send an email to the address provided by the user to confirm validation of the offer, along with a personal and confidential code required to participate in the online auction for the lot of interest. Please note that this code will only be required during the auction phase. Furthermore, as the code is personal and confidential, once sent to the registered email address, it cannot be resent or communicated again.
