PROVISIONAL AWARD
The award is provisional and subject to acceptance by the Judicial Authority
Sale of goods belonging to Prevention Proceeding No. 44/23 M.P. of the Court of Lecce.
Goods are located in Taranto (TA) and can be inspected upon appointment on July 13, 2026, at 12:00 PM. All viewing requests must be received by July 6, 2026, at 6:00 PM. Further requests may be accepted after the deadline if the viewing has already been confirmed for previous applicants.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 100 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.
This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.
The exclusion from the VAT field applies only to subjects resident in Italy.

- The person who at the end of the tender will have been awarded one or more goods will be required to send, no later than 48 hours after the closing of the auction, to the postvendita@industrialdiscount.com address, the documents indicated in the Specific Conditions of Sale and Collection.
- Please note that movable property, including those registered in public registers, with the exception of the cases referred to in paragraphs 12 and 12-bis of Article 48 of Legislative Decree 159/2011, may be sold, with a ban on further transfer for a period of no less than one year, or destroyed.
- Property owned by a private subject and therefore an operation not carried out in the course of business. Operation excluded from the field of application of VAT, as it does not fall within the provisions of art. 1 of the D.P.R. 633/72. Transfer with revenue stamp € 2.00.
