Auction Description
Sale of the asset belonging to Amministrazione giudiziaria no. 35293/2013 Court of Roma.
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Goods are located in Roma (RM) and can be inspected upon appointment on 13.06.2025 at 3.00 pm. All viewing requests must be received within 6.00 pm on 10.06.2025. All requests received after this date will not be taken into consideration.
PROVISIONAL AWARD
The award of the lots at the end of the auction is provisional. The definitive award of each asset offered for sale will be subject to the authorization subsequently issued by the Court of Rome - Prevention Measures Section.
The person who at the end of the tender has won one or more goods will be required to send within and no later than 48 hours from the auction closes, to the address aftersales@industrialdicount.com , the documents indicated in the conditions of sale and withdrawal.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 100 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.
This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.
