The bidder who proceeds to purchase one or more lots from 20 to 39 undertakes to act in one of the following ways:
a) the restoration of the minimum safety devices;
b) commitment to proceed with the demolition of the property;
c) commitment to use the purchased goods only and exclusively to obtain spare parts.
The subject who at the end of the tender has won one or more goods referred to in lots from no. 20 to no. 39 and lot no. 51 will be required to send, within and no later than 48 hours after the auction close, to the address finalizzazione@abilio.com, the documents indicated in the tender regulations.
