The final award will be subject to the clearance subsequently issued by the Judicial Authority.
Sale of goods belonging to Amministrazione Giudiziaria no. 1966/2021 Court of Trapani.
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Goods are located in Trapani (TP) and can be inspected upon appointment on 12.18.2025 from 9am. All viewing requests must be received within 6.00 pm on 12.16.2025. All requests received after this date will not be taken into consideration.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 200 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

- The person who has won one or more goods at the end of the tender will be required to send, no later than 48 hours after the end of the auction, to postvendita@industrialdiscount.com, the documents indicated in the Specific Conditions of sale and collection.
- The bins for lots 3, 4, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, and 31 contain material requiring disposal by the winning bidder. Please see the specific terms and conditions of sale and collection.
This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.
