Auction Description
Sale of assets deriving from Judicial Liquidation No. 37/2024 of the Court of Spoleto.
Sale carried out pursuant to Art. 216 of the Italian Insolvency and Crisis Code (CCII).
The assets are located in Spoleto (PG) and may be inspected by appointment.
Auction conducted through an asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to Art. 25 of Ministerial Decree No. 32/2015.
PLEASE NOTE THAT:
Users who are correctly registered on the portal may submit purchase offers for each lot for sale by completing the form available on the page of the lot of interest and by paying the required security deposit via credit card or bank transfer.
INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will validate the offers received only after correct receipt of the duly completed form and actual crediting of the security deposit.
INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will send an email to the email address provided by the user to confirm validation of the offer, together with the secret and personal code that must be used to participate in the online auction for the lot of interest.
It is specified that the code received will be required only during the auction proceedings.
It is also specified that, as this code is secret and personal, once it has been sent to the registered email address it cannot under any circumstances be resent or communicated again.
