Auction Description
Sale of assets arising from Bankruptcy No. 400/2020 of the Court of Rome.
Sale pursuant to Article 107, paragraph 1, of the Bankruptcy Law.
The assets are located in Latina (LT) and can be inspected by appointment.

To participate in the auction, a deposit of €500 is required. Once the auction has concluded, the deposit will be refunded to the user. In the case of a winning user, it will be refunded upon receipt of payment.
Please note: In the case of the sale of movable assets registered with the PRA (Italian Public Register of Automobiles), users who intend to export the assets abroad for purposes related to the sale are ineligible for participation.
The Procedure is not registered with VIES, therefore, European bidders will be required to pay VAT.
