CALL FOR TENDERS
Transfer of Excavated Soil and Rock (TRS) for morphological restoration of the Scannata quarry, Municipality of Umbertide (Mayoral Orders Nos. 49/2026 and 54/2026).
S.E.A.S. S.r.l. in judicial liquidation announces its willingness to accept at its quarry site a total volume of 57,173.60 cubic meters of Excavated Soil and Rock (TRS), for the exclusive purpose of morphological restoration of the area.
The transfer is made under the by-product regime pursuant to Presidential Decree 120/2017. Compared to landfilling as waste—where acceptance costs range from €15.00 to €30.00/m3 (excluding transport)—using the S.E.A.S. site guarantees a simplified bureaucratic process (no FIR forms or waste registers) and significantly lower access costs.
Interested parties are hereby invited to submit a bid per ton (equivalent to an average conversion factor of 1.5 tonnes/m3). Please note that the bid amount will not be binding on the procedure.
