CALL FOR IRREVOCABLE PURCHASE OFFERS

WHEREAS:
- on April 9, 2026, a purchase offer was received for the assets acquired in the liquidation proceedings, providing for the payment of €18,500.00, accompanied by a non-transferable bank draft, made out to the judicial liquidation proceedings, for an amount equal to 10% of the offer price;
- the undersigned Receiver was authorized by the Judicial Court, with a decree dated April 12, 2026, to proceed with the sale of the inventoried assets prior to approval of the liquidation program pursuant to art. 213, paragraph 6, of the Italian Civil Code; the publication in the PVP of the offer received for the purchase of the inventoried assets, with a publication deadline of 15 days prior to the sale;
- therefore, it is intended to initiate a collection of increasing bids, taking as a basis the value of the irrevocable purchase offer received, the procedures for which are governed by this Invitation;
- in the event of failure to submit increasing bids, the bidder who submitted the offer will therefore be deemed the successful bidder.
STARTING AUCTION PRICE FOR THE SINGLE LOT = €18,500.00 (eighteen thousand five hundred/00) plus any applicable taxes.
SECURITY DEPOSIT = equal to 10% of the offered price.
Collection of the assets is entirely the responsibility and expense of the successful bidder; The same are located in Catanzaro Lido (CZ), at Via Lungomare Stefano Pugliese 363.
SUBMITTAL OF IRREVOCABLE PURCHASE OFFERS
Interested bidders, after having duly registered on the website www.industrialdiscount.it, must submit an irrevocable purchase offer by 12:00 PM on May 7, 2026, using the following methods:
- by certified email (PEC) to asset.om@pec.abilio.com. The documentation attached and included in the certified email (PEC) must be digitally signed. The deposit can only be paid by bank transfer.
