COURT OF TURIN
JUDICIAL LIQUIDATION NO. 252/2025

CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
FOR INTERNET DOMAINS

In accordance with the provisions of the liquidation program approved by the Delegated Judge, the undersigned Receiver hereby announces that the company subject to Judicial Liquidation in question, declared open by a judgment of the Court of Turin filed on October 3, 2025, operated in the construction, production, and marketing of products, systems, vehicles, and buildings, in Italy and abroad, related to the education sector. Based on the research conducted, it has emerged that the company owns, among other things, the following ("Intangible Assets"):

a) 366 internet domains;

b) "Platform" software, i.e., an application belonging to the booking category specifically for accommodation facilities in the outdoor tourism sector (campsites and holiday villages) and designed for the sale of online reservations through the portal https://platform.naturalbooking.it/action/login.

The Receiver invites non-binding expressions of interest in the purchase of the Intangible Assets, the transfer of which would take place under typical bankruptcy procedures (an "as is" clause, without guarantees, in the actual and legal state in which the assets, relationships, and rights are and will be found at the time of transfer, excluding any exceptions).

Interested parties, indicating their company name, registered office, and tax code (or, in the case of a natural person, their first and last name, date and place of birth, residence, and tax code), after submitting a confidentiality agreement (as per the attached text), may request access to the following documents from the Trustee, via certified email (PEC) at lg252.2025torino@pecliquidazionigiudiziali.it (these are the only documents that will be made available, for which the procedure and its bodies assume no responsibility): (a) historical record; (b) for verification, please refer to the websites www.nic.it and www.domaintools.com.

In light of the above, interested parties are invited to submit expressions of interest in purchasing the above-mentioned Intangible Assets via certified email to lg252.2025torino@pecliquidazionigiudiziali.it, no later than 30 days after publication of this invitation. Please indicate: (i) the asset in question (all or part of the Intangible Assets); (ii) the consideration for which they are interested in purchasing and the proposed guarantees; (iii) the company name, registered office, and tax code, or, in the case of an individual, the name and surname, date and place of birth, residence, and tax code of the interested party.
