Auction Description

Sale of asset belonging to Judicial Liquidation no.29/2024 Court of Padova.

Sale in compliance with art 216 ccii.

Goods are located in Abano Terme (PD) and can be inspected upon appointment.
Auction carried out through an asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to art. 25 D.M. 32/2015

SALE NOTES:
- The liquidator will require the successful bidder to submit an anti-money laundering declaration as required by Article 585 of the Italian Code of Civil Procedure. According to which, "within the deadline set for payment of the price, the successful bidder, with a written declaration made in full awareness of the civil and criminal liability for false or misleading statements, shall provide the liquidator with the information required by Article 22 of Legislative Decree No. 231 of November 21, 2007.
The successful bidder at the end of the auction will be required to send the following documentation to aftersales@industrialdiscount.com, no later than 48 hours after the auction closes:
- A completed and signed anti-money laundering form required to properly fulfill legal anti-money laundering obligations.
- A valid identity document, if a natural person, or a Chamber of Commerce certificate updated within the three months prior to the date of submission, if a legal entity, for the purpose of a timely and preliminary verification of the prospective bidder's qualifications.
Failure to submit the aforementioned documentation within the indicated deadlines will result in the bidder being deemed ineligible. will be automatically deemed to have forfeited the award and the provisions of the paragraph “Failure of the successful tenderer” will apply.
