The assets are located in Settimo Torinese (TO), Italy, and can be inspected by appointment.

To participate in the auction, a security deposit of €250 is required. Once the auction ends, the deposit will be refunded to the user. In the case of a winning bidder, the deposit will be refunded after payment is completed.
