Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 1000 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

Please note that:

- Following full payment of the sale price, auction commission and eventual export deposit, the winning bidder shall make arrangements with the Company Integrated Sofa Service scrl for the shipment of the awarded goods. To this end it is specified that the company Integrated Sofa Service scrl shall take care of the shipment of the goods to the successful bidder with costs to be borne by the successful bidder that will vary depending on the place of delivery of the goods.

- In any event, the successful bidder shall not be able to collect the goods independently but shall necessarily make use of the company Integrated Sofa Service scrl with costs borne by the successful bidder as specified above.
