Sale of goods belonging to Creditors Agreement no.10/2017 Court of Spoleto

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Spoleto (PG) and can be inspected upon appointment

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 100 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

-Please note: Users who intend to export abroad, are not allowed to bid for lots registered in the Italian Public Register for Automobiles (i.e. P.R.A.).

-It is specified that the goods being sold are currently in use under a company rental contract; At the end of the auction, if a provisional award has been made in favor of a third party proponent, the Concordato will communicate the price reached to the tenant company, which will have the right to exercise the right of first refusal within ten days of receiving the communication from the Procedure.
