Auction Description
Sale of goods belonging to Liquidazione Controllata no. 10/2025 Court of Roma.
Sale in compliance with art 216 c.c.i.i.
Goods are located in Roma (RM) and can be inspected upon appointment on 01.09.2025 from 2.30pm. All viewing requests must be received within 6.00 pm on 28.08.2025. All requests received after this date will not be taken into consideration.
SALE NOTES:
- Assets owned by a private individual and therefore not a transaction carried out in the course of a business. This transaction is excluded from VAT, as it does not fall within the provisions of Article 1 of Presidential Decree 633/72. Transfer subject to a €2.00 stamp duty. - This VAT exclusion applies only to Italian residents -
- The person who, at the end of the auction, is the successful bidder of one or more lots included in this auction (provided that the award value is equal to or greater than €10,000.00) will be required to send the following documentation to the address postvendita@industrialdiscount.com, within and no later than 48 hours from the close of the auction:
- Completed and signed anti-money laundering form necessary for the correct fulfillment of legal obligations in the field of anti-money laundering, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231 of 21 November 2007, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 25 May 2017. 90 which implements in Italy the provisions of Directive 2015/849/EC on the prevention of the use of the financial system, for the purpose of money laundering, of the proceeds of criminal activities and terrorist financing (a facsimile of which is available on the lot sales sheet);
- valid identity document, if a natural person, or Chamber of Commerce certificate updated within three months prior to the date of sending, if a legal person, for the purpose of a timely and preliminary verification of the requirements of the prospective bidder.
In the event of failure to send the aforementioned documentation within the indicated terms, the bidder will be automatically deemed to have forfeited the award and the provisions of the paragraph “Failure of the successful bidder” will apply.
Auction carried out through an asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to art. 25 D.M. 32/2015
IT IS SPECIFIED THAT:
• Users correctly registered to the portal may submit purchase offers for each lot on sale filling in the form on the page of the lot and paying the deposit indicated by credit card or bank transfer.
• INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will confirm the offers received only after receiving the correct receipt of the form and the crediting of the deposit.
• INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will send an e-mail to the e-mail address indicated by the user in order to communicate the validation of the offer as well as the personal and secret code to be used in order to attend the online auction. Please note that the code received will be requested only during the sales operations. You are reminded that this code, being secret and personal, once sent to the email address of registration can not in any way be sent again or communicated to third parties.
