Auction Description
Sale of Fiat Ducato, Mitsubishi and Iveco trucks; the sale also includes cars Fiat Punto, Fiat Stilo, Lancia and much more belonging to Liquidazione Coatta Amministrativa no. 161/2017 Court of Reggio Emilia.
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Goods are located in Correggio (RE) and Felina (RE) and can be inspected upon appointment on 04/09/2020. All viewing requests must be received by 1.00 pm on 01/09/2020 and must contain the exact code of the lot to be viewed. Requests received after this date will not be taken into consideration.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 500 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

Please note: Users who intend to export abroad, are not allowed to bid for lots registered in the Italian Public Register for Automobiles (i.e. P.R.A.) even in the event they are included in lots with miscellaneous items.. If the above mentioned users attend the auction for one of this lot, the Procedure (the seller), considering the trend of the auction, the price of the lot and its auction price, could invalidate the participation of the foreign user and revoke the sale. Please read carefully the specific conditions of sale.
NB: to access the construction sites and view the assets of the auction it will be mandatory to have the following PPE:
- safety shoes;
- helmet;
- high visibility jacket.
Furthermore you will have to remain within the paths alongside the appointed personnel and you don't to exceed these safety limits in any way, under penalty of being removed from the site.

Inside the boxes of some vehicles there may be some goods not for sale. It will be the contractor's responsibility to remove it and place it neatly on the floor.
