Auction Description
Auction sale of the asset from Bankruptcy n. 25/2021 of the Court of Cassino.
Sale pursuant to art. 107 co.1 L.F.
Goods are located in Pontecorvo (FR) and can be inspected upon appointment

To participate in the auction it is necessary to pay a deposit of 200 Euro. Once the auction has concluded, the deposit is returned to the user. In the case of a winning user, it will be returned after payment has been made.
SALES NOTES
- The object of the auction is agricultural vehicles with license plates. It should be noted that in the event that the contractors are:
- Users residing in Ravenna = the change of ownership will be carried out at the Effe car agency in Faenza at a cost of €190
- Users residing outside the province of Ravenna = will have to carry out the paperwork for the transfer of ownership at the competent MCTC.
- We also inform you that it will not be possible to export the lots for sale in this auction.
- If necessary, the contractor may be required to carry out a test visit. In doing so, the successful tenderer will have to provide for the collection and carry out the test visit with costs and charges at his expense.
- The tractors being sold in this auction are owned by third parties. It will be the contractor's responsibility to check with the motorization authority of his province of residence the possibility of carrying out the paperwork for the transfer of ownership.
- For agricultural vehicles with license plates for sale, interested parties must check with the MCTC of their province whether a test visit will be required for the transfer of ownership.
WITHDRAWAL NOTES
- We inform you that it is difficult to collect the lots offered for sale as one or more goods must be moved to collect each lot. It will be the contractor's responsibility for each lot to arrange for the movement of the goods that hinder the withdrawal of the awarded lot, once the awarded lot has been released, it will also be the contractor's responsibility to reposition the moved goods in their original location. The costs of these operations will be exclusively borne by the contractor.
