Assignment of credit for a dispute already passed into law, for a total of € 230,000.00 claimed by the Bankruptcy Procedure against the Municipality of Ponza.
In order to participate in the auction, it is necessary to register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions indicated therein and also deliver your irrevocable purchase offer no later than 12:00 on 07/04/2025, according to one of the following alternative methods:
- by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt or by hand to be delivered to the operational headquarters of Abilio s.p.a. in Faenza (RA) at Via G. Galilei n.6
- by certified email to asset.om@pec.abilio.com
On 08/04/2025 at 2:00 pm Abilio s.p.a. will proceed to open the envelopes.
