COURT OF BRESCIA
JUDICIAL LIQUIDATION PROCEDURE N. 93/2023
NOTICE
that on 19 june 2025 at 10:00 am the synchronous telematic sale will be held on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it, under the conditions described below, of the following property:
Business transfer of the company IAM INDUSTRIAL ASSET MANAGEMENT SRL IN LIQ placed in liquidation with resolution dated 03.28.2023, had as its corporate object the consultancy activity in the field of industrial planning of the commercial organization and marketing, not towards the public.
Set up in detail:
1) from work tools and equipment;
2) from the leasing contract no. 03928157 concerning the vehicle with the license plate GE556EN, stipulated with the company “BMW Bank GmbH” and the insurance financing connected to it;
3) from the rental contract stipulated with private agreement dated 3 April 2018 with the company “Immobiliare Adamantea Srl”, based in Brescia, registered in Brescia 1 on 19.04.2018 at no. 2315 3T series with annual fee €20,040 + VAT
4) a currently existing employment contract;
5) from the server including all accounting and management data and archives;
6) from property rights, and therefore trademarks, logos, and any other patent and design, registered or unregistered, relating to the business branch, including the logo, the playoff, and the claim, such as, for example, the trademark and the “IAM” logo and in general from everything that constitutes the intangible heritage of the company branch as well as from any intellectual work and technology relating to the company branch, such as, among others, copyright and similar rights;
7) from internet domains and online sites;
8) from existing contracts with suppliers and customers relating to the business unit currently rented;
9) from any other asset or right instrumental to the exercise of the business activity referred to in the rented business branch
Starting auction price: € 51,600.00
Minimum offer: € 38,700.00
Minimum raise: €1,000.00

TELEMATIC SYNCHRONOUS SALES PROCEDURE

The electronic purchase offers must be received by the presenters of the offer no later than 12:00 on 18/06/2025 by sending them to the PEC address of the Ministry amministrazionepvp.dgsia@giustiziacert.it, using exclusively the form pre-compiled web page available on the ministerial portal http://venditepubbliche.giustizia.it.
The synchronous auction takes place on the website www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it on 19 june 2025 from 10:00 am onwards and lasts sixty seconds, unless further bids are submitted.
