Auction Description

Sale of Comedil and FM, buckets and forks for cranes, Ceta scaffolding belonging to Liquidazione Coatta Amministrativa n. 161/2017 del Tribunale di Reggio Emilia.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Correggio (RE) and can be inspected upon appointment on 25/09/2020. All viewing requests must be received by 1.00 pm on 22/09/2020 and must contain the exact code of the lot to be viewed. Requests received after this date will not be taken into consideration.

Attention: in the data 23/07/2020 the deadline of the auction has been postponed to 30/09/2020

NB: to access the construction sites and view the assets of the auction it will be mandatory to have the following PPE:

- safety shoes;

- helmet;

- high visibility jacket.

Furthermore you will have to remain within the paths alongside the appointed personnel and you don't to exceed these safety limits in any way, under penalty of being removed from the site.

The quantities reported have not been verified. Goods are sold in bulk, not for measure. We kindly recommend an inspection on site before bidding.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 5.000 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

- We inform you that the withdrawals of lots 50000-50001-50002-50005 can be completed within 60 days from the beginning of the withdrawal which must take place within 20 days of the convocation email
- The purchaser of lots 50000 - 50001 - 50002 - 50005, having acknowledged that the equipment of these lots is located within an area where work is carried out, declares to assume (by way of example but not limited to) every charge and / or cost of handling and / or palletizing, transport of the equipment in question, and declaring to indemnify and hold harmless from now on the Procedure and the Company IT Auction S.rl. from any liability and / or claim for damages, indemnities, reimbursements, etc.
- Access to the area where lots 50000 - 50001 - 50002 - 50005 are located will be allowed only upon presentation of the necessary documentation (POS, DUVRI, and any other document required by the safety regulations in the workplace) and following the '' obtaining the approval from the Liquidator Commissioner, in compliance with current legislation.
