Auction Description
Sale of goods from Judicial Liquidation No. 57/2025 of the Court of Macerata.
Sale pursuant to Art. 216 of the Italian Code of Business Crisis and Insolvency.
The goods are located in Civitanova Marche (MC) and can be inspected by appointment.
Auction carried out through an asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to Art. 25 of Ministerial Decree 32/2015.
PLEASE NOTE THAT:
- Users who have correctly registered on the portal may submit purchase offers for each lot on sale by completing the form available on the page of the lot of interest and by paying the required security deposit via credit card or bank transfer.
- INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will validate the offers received only after the correctly completed form has been submitted and the security deposit has been duly credited.
- INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will send an email to the address provided by the user to communicate the validation of the offer, as well as the secret and personal code that must be used to participate in the purchase of the desired lot in the online auction. Please note that the code received will be required only during the auction phase. It is also specified that this code, being secret and personal, cannot be resent or communicated again once it has been sent to the registration email address.
