Auction Description

Company operating in the linen rental sector (tablecloths, sheets, bedspreads, towels, bathrobes, and the like) with associated services of dirty waste collection, laundry, and clean waste delivery.
The company (understood as an organized complex of rights, licenses, industrial facilities, and goodwill) is subject to a lease agreement expiring in June 2026. Therefore, the company is fully operational, although managed by another legal entity. The Procedure has communicated to the tenant via certified email its intention not to renew the contract, which will therefore expire on June 27, 2026.


Starting price: €364000,000.00
Minimum bid: €5,000.00

ASYNCHRONOUS ELECTRONIC SALES PROCEDURE
(option to receive electronic offers, pursuant to Article 24 of Ministerial Decree 32/2015)
