ROMA COURT - Bankruptcy no. 337/2017
Sale pursuant to art. 107 co.1 L.F.

The undersigned Attorney Anna Rossi, Trustee of Bankruptcy no. 337/2017, following approval by the Bodies of the Procedure

IS PLACING FOR SALE

the following assets forming part of the business complex - operated on the property of third parties - of the aforementioned bankruptcy procedure:
- Movable assets instrumental to the exercise of the activity
- Goodwill
- Licenses
- Employment contracts
of a company subject to bankruptcy proceedings having as its corporate purpose the activity - current in the Municipality of San Cesareo (RM) - Via della Produzione 9 on the property of third parties - of metalworking on behalf of public and private clients (production and assembly).

The company is the subject of a lease agreement. In the event of an award, the unconditional release of the assets constituted by the company, operated on the premises of third parties, has been provided for.

Business Complex (Single Lot) - Auction 9157:
Euro 325,000.00

Where irrevocable purchase offers are received at a price equal to or higher than the minimum price indicated above, the Procedure will automatically accept the offer as the starting price of the sales experiment which will take place according to the methods indicated in this Notice and Regulations of Sale, in the paragraph “Conditions of sale of the Company”.
The transfer will take place as a lump sum and not as a measure and in the state of fact and law in which the company in question and the individual assets that compose it are found, as described in the inventory and in the appraisal reports.

In order to participate in the auction, you must register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it by following the instructions indicated therein and also send your irrevocable purchase offer no later than 12:00 on day 3 0 / 0 6 / 2 0 2 5, via certified email to the address asset.om@pec.abilio.com. Please note that the documentation sent as an attachment and contained within the certified email must necessarily be signed with a digital signature.

On day 1 / 0 7 / 2 0 2 5 at 14:00 Abilio S.p.A. will open the envelopes.

The upward auction will begin on day 2 / 0 7 / 2 0 2 5 at 15:00 and will end on the same day at 17:00 and only authorized bidders will be able to participate.
