The sale includes:

  • Property Lot no. 1 of the appraisal, Shed located in Osimo (AN) Via di Filottrano n. 45 / c floor T (divided into the three sublots 1.A, 1.B, 1.C)
  • Mobile assets instrumental to the exercise of the business of a bankrupt company having as its object the sheet metal working activity
The complex for sale does not include receivables, employment relationships or debts in accordance with the bankruptcy regulations ex. Art. 105 l. fall. that the purchaser's liability for debts relating to the exercise of the companies sold, arising prior to the transfer, is excluded.

Auction starting price - Business complex (Single lot): Euro 42.055,00

In order to attend in the auction it is necessary to register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions indicated in the sale advice and also to send an irrevocable purchase offer to Notary Stefano Sabatini by pec stefano.sabatini@postacertificata.notariato.it
