Sale of assets belonging to Bankruptcy no. 32/2018 Court of Siracusa
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Goods are located in Carlentini (SR) and can be inspected upon appointment
21/07/2023: following an inspection that took place on 20/07/2023, some assets were not found, in particular:
- hot press applies aspirant rhinestone brand Fontana mod. Thermo Vacuum, year 2003 as per lot 3
- Humidifier and glue holder referred to in lot 14,
- Sagitta folding machine as per lot 16
- Elvi glue reactivator oven and gluing machine as per lot 17
The sale of these assets has therefore been suspended today.
