Sale of assets belonging to Bankruptcy no. 416/2018 Court of Roma.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Roma (RM) and can be inspected upon appointment.

We inform you that on 21.03.2022 following an inspection it was found that the tires and rims of the vehicle of the lot 13 did not correspond to those of the previously published photos. These photos were therefore updated on 23.03.2022.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 500 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

We inform you that the vehicles for sale:

- they are not registered, therefore it is specified that these vehicles will not be able to circulate on the road.

- they do not have a certificate of conformity from the parent company (and cannot be approved in Italy), it will be the responsibility of the successful bidder to search for the certificates of conformity which have expired today because they no longer comply with the current Euro6C anti-pollution legislation.

The Procedure does not have any type of documentation, therefore no request or dispute can be advanced.
