Auction Description

Sale of assets belonging to  Bankruptcy no. 4/2021 Court of Cuneo .

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Farigliano (CN)  and can be inspected upon appointment on 12/12/22 in the morning. All viewing requests must be received within 1.00 pm on 06/12/22. All requests received after this date will not be taken into consideration.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 1000 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

Please note: Users who intend to export abroad, are not allowed to bid for lots registered in the Italian Public Register for Automobiles (i.e. P.R.A.).

Please note that: - lots 1 and 2 are currently in use - Lot 2 may contain waste within them. It shall be the responsibility of the successful bidder to dispose of the same and also to regularly keep and update the documentation regarding the waste, releasing Abilio Spa and the Procedure from any liability. - The shelving put up for sale in Lot 2 may be made available for collection only after the assets above it have been removed by third parties. Such assets will be removed by the third-party owner company in a period of approximately 30 to 90 days from the confirmation of the award. In any event, the collection may not be carried out before the receipt of the e-mail summons for collection by abilio spa.

As of 12.20.2023, Industrial Discount s.r.l. has become the owner of the portal www.industrialdiscount.it.

We inform you that the sales procedure carried out using competitive methods will be maintained on this portal and that the operational activities strictly connected to the sale (i.e.: inspections) will be carried out by Industrial Discount s.r.l.
