Sale of goods belonging to Bankruptcy no. 7/2019 Court of Verbania.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Verbania (VB) and can be inspected upon appointment.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 100 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

IT IS SPECIFIED THAT

- The successful tenderer may be asked to pay a security deposit of €5,000.00 to guarantee the correct and complete carrying out of the collection operations. Consult the specific conditions of sale and collection.

- The lot may contain waste. In the event of the presence of waste, the successful bidder must proceed with the proper disposal. The related costs are at its expense. The successful bidder is also responsible for the waste disposal documents preservation, updating and archival management.
