Sale of assets belonging to Bankruptcy no. 33/2018 Court of Siracusa.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Floridia (SR) and can be inspected upon appointment

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 500 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

We inform you that lot 67 consists of non-CE compliant goods, in accordance with the provisions of the reference Community directives. These goods must be scrapped or used exclusively as spare parts, which must not be used for the construction and assembly of new machinery, but used exclusively to replace worn equipment.

The person who has been awarded lot 67 at the end of the tender will be required to send the required documentation to finalizzazione@industrialdiscount.com within and no later than 48 hours after the auction closes. Consult the specific conditions of sale and collection.
