Sale of assets belonging to Bankruptcy no. 26/2022 Court of Cagliari.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 150 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

The transfer of the metal shelving (lot 1) in a single "bulk" lot to be used "for iron" and, therefore, to be disposed of, is reserved for operators and companies duly registered in the National Register of Environmental Managers for the relevant CER codes the collection, marketing and transport of ferrous metals. Therefore, the sale is reserved to persons engaged in the business of trading in ferrous metals, scrap metal and related activities, and who will be able to fulfill the obligations and fulfilments established by current legislation (loading and unloading registers, keeping of forms, etc…) and only the offers presented by these subjects will be considered valid. To this end, under penalty of inadmissibility, these subjects must provide evidence of the subjective requisites required by producing a chamber of commerce certificate and enrollment in the National Register of Environmental Managers within 48 hours of the close of the auction.
