Bankruptcy no. 848/2019 Court of Rome
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Compensation action, pursuant to art. 2476, code civ., against the outgoing sole director of the bankrupt company, Omissis as well as, jointly and severally, of his spouse Omissis (indicated by the Bankruptcy as de facto director of the Company) and, again jointly against the Omissis but by way of non-contractual liability pursuant to art. . 2043, code civ., against the company San Francesco Srl currently operating the company which is assumed to have been taken away from the bankruptcy and jointly with Omissis itself in the capacity of its Administrator.
Basic auction price: € 102,915.00
In order to take part in the auction, it is necessary to register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions indicated therein and also send your irrevocable purchase offer no later than 12.00 on 10/09/2024, according to one of the following alternative methods:
1. by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt or by hand to be delivered without fail to the operational headquarters of Abilio S.p.A. in Faenza (RA) at Via G. Galilei n.6,2. via pec communication to the address asset.om@pec.abilio.com. It should be noted that, in the event of sending the offer via PEC, the documentation sent as an attachment and contained within the PEC message must necessarily be signed with a digital signature.
On 11/09/2024 at 14.00 Abilio S.p.A. will proceed to open the envelopes containing the irrevocable purchase offers
