PROVISIONAL AWARDING

Sale of assets belonging to Bankruptcy no. 33/2018 Court of Siracusa.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Floridia (SR) and can be inspected upon appointment

To participate in the auction, a deposit of 250 Euro must be paid. Once the auction is over, the deposit is returned to the user. In the case of a winning user, it will be returned once payment has been made.

We inform you that the final awarding of lots 12 and 22 will be subject to acceptance by the Bodies of the Procedure.
