- Shares of the company Stella Marina Srl in liquidation, with registered office in Contrada Magliolo, Oliveri (ME), VAT number 02652590833 in which the bankrupt Co.Mi Srl owns an 87.5% share equal to the nominal value of euros 70,000.00; The share capital of the company is equal to €80,000.00 fully subscribed.
- Credit from the Co.Mi Srl bankruptcy towards the company Stella Marina Srl in liquidation for a nominal amount of 530,550.00 euros deriving from interest-free shareholder loans.
The activity carried out by the company Stella Marina Srl in liquidation is that of general building construction works.
Following the auction of 02/19/2024, the Procedure received an improved offer of the amount of €30,000.00 in addition to legal charges and in addition to the commission on the sale due to abilio S.p.a., relating to the single auction lot 8094.
The Procedure intends to start a sales experiment, setting the improved purchase offer received as the auction basis, the methods of implementation of which are regulated by the sale notice.
To participate in the auction, both the person who won the auction on 19/02/2024 and the person who submitted the improved offer will be required to register for the auction and participate in the experiment according to the indications of the Regulations. Tender and Notice of Sale.
Purchase offers may be submitted by 12:00 on 18/04/2024 using one of the following alternative methods:
- in a sealed envelope, by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt or by hand to be delivered mandatorily to the operational headquarters of abilio S.p.a. in via G. Galilei n. 6, 48018 Faenza (RA);- via certified email to asset.om@pec.abilio.com. It should be noted that, in the case of sending the offer via certified email, the documentation sent as an attachment and contained within the certified email message must necessarily be signed with a digital signature.
On 19/04/2024 at 3.00 pm abilio will proceed with the opening of the envelopes.
