Auction Description
Sale of assets belonging to Judicial Liquidation no. 9/2026 of the Court of Taranto.
Sale pursuant to Article 216 of the Italian Code of Business Crisis and Insolvency (CCII).
The assets are located in San Giorgio Ionico (TA) and may be inspected by appointment.
Auction conducted through an asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to Article 25 of Ministerial Decree 32/2015
PLEASE NOTE THAT:
Properly registered users on the portal may submit purchase offers for each lot for sale by completing the form available on the page of the lot of interest and by paying the relevant security deposit via credit card or bank transfer.
INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will validate offers received only after the correct submission of the duly completed form and the actual crediting of the security deposit.
INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will send an email to the address provided by the user to confirm validation of the offer, along with a secret personal code that must be used to participate in the purchase of the lot of interest in the online auction. Please note that this code will be required only during the auction process. Also note that, as it is secret and personal, once sent to the registered email address it cannot be resent or disclosed in any way.

SALE NOTES: The assets belong to a private individual; therefore, the transaction is not carried out in the course of business activity. The transaction is excluded from the scope of VAT, as it does not fall within the provisions of Article 1 of Presidential Decree 633/72. Transfer subject to a €2.00 revenue stamp.
The exclusion from the scope of VAT applies exclusively to subjects resident in Italy.
This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.
