Auction Description
Creditors Agreement no. 36/2013 Court of Pistoia
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Shareholding of 0.0312% of the share capital of the company "Fidi Toscana S.p.A." with registered office in viale Mazzini n. 46, Florence (FI), registered in the register of financial intermediaries pursuant to art. 106 of Legislative Decree no. 385/1993 and subsequent amendments. mm. ii. ("TUB") at no. 120 - code ABI 13932.
The activity carried out is that of granting loans to the public and managing subsidies in the forms and within the limits indicated in titles III and IV of the by-laws.
The share capital of the company is €160,136,224, fully subscribed and paid up.
The procedure receives an irrevocable offer to purchase an amount equal to Euro 3,432.00 plus legal charges and commissions.
The purchase offers can be submitted by certified email to the certified email address ptcp362013@procedurepec.it by 12:00 on 28/11/2024.
On 28/11/2024 at 15:00 at the office of the Liquidator located in Montecatini Terme (PT), Via G. Garibaldi n. 29, the pecs will be opened.
In accordance with art. 2471, paragraph 3, of the Civil Code, and in compliance with the provisions of the company's statute regarding the right of first refusal of the shareholders, the Judicial Liquidator will notify Fidi Toscana s.p.a. of the outcome of the auction. as well as the partners.
