In the event of the presence of the latter materials, the successful tenderer will be obliged to proceed with their disposal at costs borne by the same, exempting Abilio and the Procedure from any liability.
- All costs of removal, transport, safety, cleaning of the premises with removal of waste and paint attributable to the bankrupt company, accident prevention and non-accident adaptations are the sole responsibility of the successful tenderer. Furthermore, no steps were taken to check the expiry of the colours.
